The Lencom 4010 HF whip is designed to be used with an Automatic Antenna Tuning Unit (ATU), such as the Lencom model 5100, 4002 and 4006.
It is suitable for mounting on any horizontal, flat surface.
It is supplied with a 4-hole NATO pattern as standard, but can be shipped with any hole pattern base that is required.
It is extremely rugged, and meets MIL-STD 810 and Australian Defence Standard DEF-STAN 00-35.
The shock mount variant can be flexed to 90° from the vertical with no damage caused to the base unit and whip antenna.
The optional 01-1009 Extension Kit has three 1.32m elements which can be added to the 4010 when stationary to improve efficiency.
