The company founder, Peter has over 30 years’ experience in every aspect of antenna design and manufacture. With a back-ground in electronic engineering and communication, Peter developed and patented the first automatic tuning antenna. Peter continues to provide innovative designs and direction to Lencom.

Brad has managed the operation and direction of the company since 2010. With qualifications in Law, Accounting and Science, he manages both the administrative and research development areas of the business.

Both Peter and Brad are supported by an amazing team of dedicated and talented employees across all areas of the business.
